摘要
本文首先对液膜分离过程中不同条件下迁移率的计算公式进行了推导。然后,应用一定条件下稀土一级迁移的迁移率数据建立了“分配曲线法”和“多级设计法”(本所命名),分别用于预先确定稀土分组的界线和分组所需的迁移级数。实验结果与预测相符。
The calculating formula of permeation rate of liquid membrane separation in various conditions were firstly deduced. Then the data of permeation rate of rare earths transferred in one stage in a certain condition were applied to develop two new methods,named 'distribution curve method'and 'multi-stages design method', for predetermining the boundary of subdividing rare earths into groups and the number of stages needed for this subdivistion respectively. The experiment results coincide with the preditermination.
