摘要
开发新型膜材料是目前人们普遍关注的问题。选择适当的共混聚合物体系可以得到性能优良的共混膜。本文通过共混方式制得了孔径较小(截留分子量为数千)的共混超滤膜,着重研究了聚醚砜(PES)与酚酞侧基聚砜(PDC)共混聚合物的相溶性以及铸膜组成、制膜过程的主要参数对共混超滤膜分离特性与形态结构的影响。
PES/PDC blend UF membranes Prepared from casting solution which consisted of DMAC, additives and blend polyrmers of PES and PDC were studied in this paper. Effects of casting solution composition and main parameters for forming of UF membranes on permeation perfpromances were invistigated. The morphological structure of PES/PDC blend UF membranes was also examined.
