摘要 文中用计算流体力学的方法研究了搅拌器的功率曲线 ,对不同雷诺数范围分别进行了模拟。流动场的计算采用多重参考系法。在层流区 ,计算得到的功率曲线与文献数据趋于一致 ;在过渡流区域 ,选用不同的模型进行模拟 ,各种模型的计算结果相差不大 ;在湍流流区 ,计算得到的功率准数误差在工业许可范围内。 The power curve in a stirred tank was simulated by means of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) techniques. Different methods were employed for various Reynolds numbers. The Multiple Frames of Reference (MFR) method was adopted for the simulation. The calculated power curve is consistent with the literature data. Three different methods were used for the simulation of the transition flow region. The simulation result shows that the power number, which was calculated by different methods in this region, is closed to each other.
