摘要
采用阴离子聚合法、双锂引发剂、环己烷为溶剂 ,合成双端丁羟胶 (HTPB)。研究了合成中出现的“假凝胶”现象及解缔剂YB对丁羟胶分子量及分子量分布、官能度、聚合反应速率的影响 ,得到了较为满意的结果。
Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) was prepared by anionic polymerization using cyclohexane as solvent, and YB was used as dissociation reagent in the synthesis of HTPB. The sequent influence on the molecular distribution, average functionality and the polymerization temperature and pressure in the reactor were investigated in detail. Finally,by using YB, HTPB could be controlled, of which the molecular weight distribution was smaller than 1.3 and the average functionality was improved.
