摘要
本文提出并研究了电场力作用下的支撑熔盐膜分离二氧化碳这一新型的支撑液膜技术。支撑熔盐膜由一种新型陶瓷材料(偏铝酸锂)和锂、钠、钾的三元最低共熔点混合物制成。该膜在操作状态下形成一稳定的刚性糊状体。在小设备上进行了脱除二氧化碳的实验,确定了操作温度、电流密度、进料相气体浓度和流量对端电压、脱除率和传质速率的影响关系。实验表明,电场力作用下的支撑熔盐膜能够有效地分离二氧化碳。
A new supported liquid membrane technology for carbon dioxide separation using a supported molten salt membrane under an electric field is proposed and studied in this paper. Supported molten salt membrane is made from a new kind of ceramic material (lithium meta-aluminate) and ternary eutectic mixture of lithium, sodium and potassium carbonates. The above membrane forms a stable stiff paste in an operating state. Experiments for removal of carbon dioxide have been done in a bench scale device. Effects of operating temperature, current density, feed flow and concentration on voltage, removal efficiency and mass transfer rate were determined. It shows that the supported molten salt membrane under an electric field can separate carbon dioxide effectively.
