摘要
设备实行状态维修后 ,原周期计划维修的考核指标已不适用 ,以新的运转率、完好率、产品质量合格率作为设备维修的主要考核指标 ,并运用工作绩效的激励机制 。
In this paper the timely maintenance of the equipment instead of the previous cyclic one embodies encouraging working system on condition that a better state of operation,and qualified product quality,which is supposed to be a major criterion for checking\|on repairmen,thus effectively promoting the equipment to be kept in permanently good conditions.
