In Shanghai's newly pub-lished 2003 Catalogue of Talents Development,World Fair talents are listed as a top priority for development within the munici-pality.Shanghai has also put forth invitations to 10 to 20 of the world's top talents to come and work in the city.World Fair talents will be employed in the fields of architectural design,structural engineering design,building mate-rials,counseling,advanced simul-tancous interpreting,and minority languages interpreting.
