摘要 目的 观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 ( b FGF)对兔正常和缺血心肌血管新生的影响。方法 开胸结扎兔的冠状动脉左前降支 ( L AD)后 ,动物被随机分为两组 ,一组分别在兔缺血和正常的心肌内注入重组人类的 b FGF ( n=9) ,另一组分别注入生理盐水 ( n=7)。 6周后 ,观察两组兔子的缺血和正常心肌的血管新生情况。结果 注射rhb FGF后 ,缺血心肌的血管密度较注射生理盐水者有显著性增加 ,而正常心肌的血管密度未见明显增加。结论 rhb Objective To investigate the angiogenic effects of basic fibroblast growth factor (rhbFGF) on normal and ischemic myocardium in rabbits. Methods After opening chest and ligating the left anterior descending (LAD), rabbits were randomized to received intramyocardially administration of recombinant human bFGF ( n =9) or saline ( n =7) in the normal and the ischemic zone, six weeks later, angiogenesis of normal and ischemic myocardium was evaluated by histopathologic analysis. Results Sections from the ischmic myocardium but not the normal in the rhbFGF treatment group showed an increase in the number of capillaries. Conclusion bFGF stimulates the angiogenesis of the ischemic myocardium but shows no effects on the normal.
