剖析了职务犯罪形成的原因 :放松世界观的自我改造 ;权力缺乏有效的制约与监督 ;有法不依 ,执法不严 ,打击不力。提出预防职务犯罪应加强政治思想教育 ,加大法制宣传力度 ,健全监督制约机制 ,构筑社会预防网络。

The author analyzes the crimes committed by the public officers. The crimes fundamentally result from relaxation of self-transformation of outlooks.Lack of effective confinement and supervision is the prerequisite to the crimes. The fact that the laws are neglected and are not strictly observed and enforced with the negligence of supervision and weakness of punishment all gives way to the official crimes. Some measures applicable to prevent and attack official crimes are put forward, which include the reinforcement of ideological education, deepening and strengthening of the legal system and awareness, the perfection of the social preventive network and the prevention of the right abuses.
