摘要
强调了工程保证担保的含义 ,论述了担保的抵押、质押、留置和定金方式不能用于工程担保的原因 ,从而说明工程担保只能采用保证方式。
The author emphasizes the correct understanding of the meaning of contract guarantee, discusses the reason why other fashions of bonds are not used in construction contract guarantee, and tells us only surety bond can be used in it.
