The Methodology about Studing Non-governmental Organizations

我国非政府组织正在发育之中 ,非政府组织的成长对于中国社会的转型和改造及其在本世纪的发展具有极其重要的意义。本文提出了研究非政府组织两种分析框架的适用性及理论链条上的中介环节问题 ,并辩证地论证了政策制定的理论依据 ,如遵循工具理性、从政治底线出发。

The growth of China's non\|governmental organizations, which are still budding, is of vital importance for the transformation and reform of Chinese society and its development in this century. This article raises the problems as to the feasibility of the two frameworks of studying these non\|governmental organizations as well as the conjunction of its theories. Then, from a dialectical point of view, it discusses the theoretical basis of policy formulation, such as complying with logic and political principles and properly handling the relation between development and stability, and so on.
