摘要
This paper discusses the transitional process of China’s industrial system from planned economy to socialist market economy from the development of the industrial enterprise system, government industrial management system and the industrial guild, the reform of which, the author puts forth, are respectively the core, the key and the important part of the reform of the industrial system. It also analyses the trend of these reforms.
