摘要
本文讨论了六方氮化硼合成工艺对其纯度、杂质含量、石墨化指数、比表面积、成型密度等性能的影响。从原料、反应温度和后处理方面提出一些方法,合成出适合立方氮化硼合成的性能较好的六方氮化硼,并探讨了六方氮化硼性能指标对立方氮化硼合成的影响。
In this paper are discussed the influence of the synthesisprocess of hexagonal boron nitride on its characteristics such as purity,impurity content. graphitizing index, specific surface area and formdensity. Some approaches are proposed in regard to obtained hBNsuitable for synthesis of CBN. The influence of characteristics of hBNon CBN synthesis is also analysed in the paper.
