摘要
传统的观察火花或检测砂轮功率消耗以判断砂轮与工件接触的方法,灵敏度低,且后者在加工刚性小的工件时易造成事故。本文采用声发射接触仪AEC-1研究了磨削接触过程中声发射信号的变化。试验表明,该方法具有灵敏度高的优点,可减少空程时间,提高工效。本文试验也表明冷却液的冲击是磨削中的重要声发射源之一。
The conventional methods to determine the touchinginstant by watching the spark or by detecting power comsumption hasdisadvantages as not sensitive enough and easy to cause damage whenlow rigid workpiece is ground. This paper discribes the research onthe change of acoustic emission signals generated during the contact ofthe grinding wheel and the workpiece, using the Acoustic EmissionDetector AEC--1 .The experimental results indicate that this methodhas advantages as more sensitive and favorable to reduce idle runningtime. It was proven that the impulsion of the coolant is one of the majorsources of acoustic emission generated during grinding.
