摘要
目前 ,人们在对权利能力的理解上存在着分歧 ,在对权利能力的分类以及权利能力与行为能力的关系的认识上存在着不足 ,以致在立法上关于权利能力的法律规定存在着矛盾 ,这便给统一应用法律造成了困难。
The theory of right ability has been accepted by peolpe today,but there are still some deficiencies in it.It is contradictory in the law and practice about the right ability.
