摘要 本文介绍了铸铁短纤维结合剂金刚石砂轮的结构特征.采用Si_3N_4和Al_2O_3为磨削对象,研究了铸铁短纤维结合剂金刚石砂轮的磨削特性,并与优质青铜结合剂金刚石砂轮进行了对比。实验结果表明:铸铁短纤维结合剂金刚石砂轮更适于陶瓷类硬脆材料的磨削加工。在磨削Si_3N_4时,不仅磨削效率提高了二倍,而且磨削比提高了五倍。 The structure characteristics of short cast iron fibre bond diamond grinding wheel are introduced in this paper. The grinding characteristics of such diamond wheel are studied with the groundobjects of ceramics such as Si_3N_4 and Al_2O_3. By comparision withhigh quality bronze bond diamond grinding wheel, it proved suitable forgrinding hard and brittle materials such as ceramics. When Si_3N_4 isground, it raised two times in efficiency and five times in grindingratio.
