摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜及X-ray能谱仪对各类大量的金刚石工具中的金刚石与胎体嵌镶状况进行了分析。把嵌镶状况分成五种类型:完全浸润型粘结、部分浸润型粘结、无浸润型粘结(Ⅰ)、无浸润型粘结(Ⅱ)、及金刚石聚集,并分析了影响嵌镶状况的各种因素。
In this paper embeding states between diamond and metal matrix for varied diamond tools are researched by using Scanning Elec-tron Microscopy. Embeding states between diamond and matrix are clas-sified as follows: full infiltration, partial infiltration, no infiltration(Ⅰ), no infiltration(Ⅱ) and diamond coalescence. Factors that influ-ence embeding states are also researched.
