摘要
本文采用CBN砂轮和WA砂轮对20CrMnMo渗碳淬火齿轮进行了磨削试验,研究了砂轮材质对磨削变质层,残余应力,表面粗糙度等的影响。结果表明,与WA砂轮相比,CBN砂轮磨削热小,变质层浅,表面残余压应力大,但粗糙度却不如前者好。CBN砂轮磨削的齿轮,其接触疲劳寿命略有提高。
In this paper, the grinding tests of carburized and quenched gear made of 20CrMnMo steel were performed with CBN and WA grinding wheels. The effects of wheel material on ground dete-riorative layer, residual stress and surface roughness were investiga-ted. Experimental results show that as compared with WA wheel,CBN wheel leads to smaller grinding heat, thinner deteriorative layerand larger residual compressive stress. However, 'surface roughnessobtained with CBN wheel is not as good as with WA wheel. Contactfatigue life is slightly increased by CBN grinding.
