摘要
根据运动生物化学理论 ,针对排球运动项目的时间特征和供能特点进行研究。研究表明 ,排球运动具有以不同次数和连续动作为一组 ,多组数、短间歇的时间特征 ;排球比赛中的能量供应涉及到非乳酸供能系统、乳酸供能系统和有氧供能系统。为适应现代排球运动比赛强度大 ,持续时间长的需要 ,排球教学与训练工作 ,除采用大强度间歇训练为主的训练方法外 ,还应加强运动员非乳酸供能系统的训练 ,改善运动员有氧耐力 ,这对排球运动员抗疲劳能力的提高及赛后疲劳的恢复都有其重要意义。
In view of the characteristics of volleyball sports time and of those of its energy supply, this study bases on the biochemical theories in order to search out more scientifically reasonable teaching and training item, means and approaches. It shown that there are the characteristics of interval time, of the continuously different times as one group or groups; that the energy supply of the system of non-lactic acid, lactic acid and with oxygen in its match. Therefore, it's significant to increase the sportsmen's power of anti-fatigue and that of rehabilitation, to improve their capacity of oxygen and that we should strengthen the mainly interval training to adapt the intensively lasting necessity for modern volleyball match.
