企业管理者道德行为的制约因素分析

随着市场竞争日趋激烈和消费者自我保护意识增强,管理者道德行为对企业长期生存与持续繁荣的重要性日益凸显出来。然而,在我国现实经济中,企业管理者非道德行为现象却频繁发生,这将会侵蚀企业可持续发展的根基。因此,我国建立现代企业制度,必须进一步完善企业的法人治理结构,改善企业组织内部结构及运行机制,培育崇尚道德标准的诚信的企业文化,加强市场监管和执法力度,预防和禁止现代企业管理者非道德行为。

With the increasingly fierce competition and the gradual strength of comsumers 'selfsafeguard ,it will be more important for managers to act morally.However ,there exists frequent nonmoral action of enterprises managers in society,which seriously impairs the basis of the constant development of enterprises.So the paper first tries to demonstrate the greatly theoretical and realistic significance on moral action of enterprise managers.Then ,itlearly points out that there exists relatively serious nonmoral action of enterprise managers currently,and furthure analyses the factors of restricting moral action of managers from four aspects.Finally,basing on the realistical factors,the countermeasures of improving the moral action of managers from five aspects is discussed.
