: The organization and globalization of international society is mutualistic historical process. Its signal is the proliferation of international organizations and their active participating in every aspect of international affairs. From the essential theory of international organization, against the proposal of 'supernational organization' in academic circles, this article focuses on the obvious tendency that contemporary constitutions acknowledge the active power abdication and taking over between nations and international organizations, and doubts the existence of 'supernational organization'.
