师范生教学技能培训"三阶段"互动模型 被引量:2

On"three stage"model of skill training in normal student's teaching

摘要 在师范生教学技能培训过程中,我们坚持理论联系实际,通过微格教学与课堂教学、小组训练与班级培养、教师指导与学生发现等多种途径,将教学的动作技能与心智技能有机统一起来,使之相互渗透、相互推动,从而建构起"动作定向——原型定向"、"动作联系——原型操作"、"动作协调——原型内化"的三阶段互动训练模型,初见成效。 In the course of skill training of normal student's teaching, we integrate theory with practice insistiy on making best use of various ways such as miniature and classroom teaching, the training with the group and the adoption with the class, the teacher's instruction and the student's findings and so on, We will integrate the movements skill of the teaching into the technical ability of intelligence and make them permeate and improve each other, thus we will set up three stages model of mutual movement. That is movement orientation-prototype orientation,movement relation-the prototypes operation,movement's coordination-the prototype's internalization.These all have achieved the good affection.
