摘要
从政府、企业、职工三个方面分析了我国企业年金发展迟滞的原因。认为《企业年金法》的缺位及相关法规的不完善、企业制度的制约、职工民主谈判机制的缺失、就业市场的压力及职工短期行为的取向是影响我国企业年金发展的主要因素。
By analyzing the causes which hinder the development of occupational pension from the three aspects, such as, the policies, enterprises and employees, this thesis made the conclusion that the main reasons influenced its development including the lack of the Occupational Pension Law, completed interrelated laws, and employees democratic negotiation system, and the pressure of labor market, as well as the short-term tendency of employees' activities.
