摘要
本文对自行研制的NY-1型高压毛细管式粘度计的工作原理及其测试结果的数据处理方法作了论述,指出这种粘度计可以测量润滑油在100MPa以内的粘度,通过测量和计算还可以求出润滑油的压-粘系数α值,并且能够在10—150℃内进行加热和控温,因而能够测量润滑油在较宽温度范围内的压-粘关系。
The basic principle of self-developed Model NY-1 high-pressure caplastometer and the data processing methods for its testing results are described in this paper.The testing results shown that the viscosity of lubricating oil can be measured below 100MPa using this caplastometer and a value, the pressure coefficient of viscosity of lubricating oil can also be obtained by calculation.The controlling of temperature can be achieved between 10 to 150℃, thus the pressure-viscosity relationship of lubricating oil can be determined within a wide range of temperature.
