文章阐述了氪化技术测温的原理、方法和精度,报道了以其对CO_2压缩机无油润滑活塞环表面工作温度的测量结果。作者指出,利用这种技术测量固体润滑材料表面工作温度是可行的,其测温范围是从室温到1000℃,测温精度±5℃;氪化技术测温是一种在线原位测量方法,可以应用于各种摩擦副的表面工作温度测量。
The principle and application of the kryptonated technique for temperature measurement was described. Taking the surface working temperature of CO2 compressor piston ring as a example, the measuring results by means of kryptonated technique was introduced in this paper. The temperature measurement range of this technique is between room temperature and 1000℃, the precision is ± 5℃. The kryptonated component was prepared with diffuse method. The application of this technique is as follows: embedding the component into test parts and operating at least for 15 minutes under working conditions, then removing component and putting it into the heating stove, recording the heat temperature and the radiation in tensity of kryptonated component under each temperature, calculating turning point of radiation intensity decreasing with graphic method, the temperature corresponding to this turning point is the highest surface working temperature of this part under the given condition. The results shown that the method for measuring surface temperature of solid lubrication by means of embedded kryptonated technique is feasible. It's a temperature measurement technigue in situ and can be used in measuring the surface working temperature of different friction pairs.
