摘要
通过对重庆市多个区县退耕还林情况的调查研究,总结了重庆市退耕还林的主要措施,发现了存在的普遍性问题及其产生原因,提出了促进退耕还林的对策和建议。
On the basis of an investigation of reforestation on cultivated land in some counties of Chongqing, this paper summarizes the main measures adopted in this work by the local authorities, oudines the existing problems, analyzes their causes and proposes some counter - measures to improve the work of restoring farmland to forests in these counties.
