摘要
根据多年学生工作实践提出“一二三四五”创新模式,阐述了模式的主要内容,概括了模式的基本特点,分析了模式构建的基本原则,提出了对高校学生工作创新模式构建的理性思考。
Based on his experience in the work of college student affairs, the author has created an innovative 'five -point mode. The present paper describes the main contents of the mode, outlines its main characteristics, analyzes the fundamental principles for its establishment and introduces his rational thinking over the innovation in student affairs work in colleges.
