论新时期我国高校人事干部的基本素质

党的“十六大”召开之后,中国共产党在新时期的奋斗目标是全面建设小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化,开创中国特色社会主义事业的新局面。要实现这一目标,必须有一大批高素质的人才。高等学校作为我国人才培养的重要基地,其人事干部素质的高低将直接影响其办学水平和管理水平,从而间接影响其培养的人才素质高低。新时期高校人事干部只有具备较高的思想政治素质、又化知识素质、基本技能素质以及身心素质等多方面的素质,才能真正提高高等学校的管理水平和办学水平,培养出一大批建设小康社会所急需的高素质人才。
