全球化的发展不仅表现在经济领域 ,在文化领域的发展也同样有力而迅速。文化全球化在推动不同民族文化与文明之间的相互理解、交流和融合的同时 ,客观上促使全球共同伦理价值的产生与发展。全球伦理是世界公认的行为准则 ,是 2 1世纪和未来人类生活的基础 ,为此 ,对教育理念作相应更新 。

The development of globalization is appearing not only rapidly and strenthenly in the field of economy but also in the field of culture. While it pushes forward the understanding, exchanging and melting together among the different ethnic cultures or civilizations, the cultural globalization leads objectively the occurrence of the global common ethic values. Global ethic as the basis of human life in 21century and future has become the accepted behavior standards. Therefore, present tasks our high education facing is to renovate the education philosophy and strengthen education on the global consciousness and global ethic.
