On the basic theories of Kahneman's Economics

This article analyzes Kahneman's main theories of economics. The author argued that Kahneman's method of economics follows psychology, especially experimental method. Kahneman advanced three heuristics that affect human judgment on the basis of Simon's bounded rationality, and elicit the preference reversal theory by which to interpret phenomena of economics.
