江苏农村劳动力转移的特点与思考

Characteristics of the shift of the Jiangsu country labor force

农村劳动力转移是城市化进程中必须跨越的一道门槛。文章分析了近几年来江苏农村劳动力转移在流入地域、行业分布、性别、年龄、与教育的关系以及数量和结构等方面所具有的特点 ,并以城市化发展为目标 ,提出江苏在农村劳动力转移的过程中 ,要优化政策环境、拓宽就业渠道。

The shift of the country labor force is a necessary step towards urbanization. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the shift in the aspect of the geographic and job distribution, sex and age, education degree, quantity and structure, and so on. It proposes to better the policy circumstances, widen the job channels, support the disabled industry, and fasten the modern education in the process of the shift in Jiangsu, in order to realize the urbanization.
