大学生网上思想政治教育在许多高校或者未开展起来,或者效果不佳,其重要原因是由于缺乏能够运用网络开展思想政治教育的工作队伍。要扭转这种状况,就必须加强高校网络思想政治工作队伍建设,努力提高队伍素质。对加强高校网络思想政治工作队伍建设的必要性进行分析,探讨了网络时代对思想政治工作队伍建设提出的新要求,最后提出了加强队伍建设的五点具体措施。

The ideological and political working via network can neither be carried out nor be carried out ineffi-ciently in many colleges and universities. One of the important reasons is the lack of the very contingent to pro-mote it. In order to change this situation, we must strengthen the ideological and political working contingent in the field of network, and try our best to improve their qualities. This paper analyzes the great necessity of strengthening the ideological and political working contingent in the field of netvrork in colleges and universities, explores the new demands for the contingent in the network times, and provides the concrete measures in the end.
