摘要
在分析当前旅游饭店人力资源现状及存在问题的基础上,探讨问题产生的深层原因,提出了相应的解决对策与措施。同时,对官、学、产一体化的人力资源开发模式进行了探讨。
The paper gives a survey of current human resources development in Chinese hotels, including problems and deeprooted causes concerned. Based on that, it recommends the strategy and measures to counteract the problems, and proposes a tentative model for development of human resources in hotels, which is marked by the integrated efforts from the public sector, the education sector and the hotel industry.
