摘要
从分析政务公开的理论渊源入手 ,着重从行政立法的角度 ,对政务公开的内涵及其在国外实施的情况进行分析和研究 。
From the standpoint of theoretical sources regarding administrative openness, this article, pursuant to the theory of administrative legislation, concentrates on exploring the contents of administrative openness and its implementation abroad. A preliminary discussion is carried out about the legislative guarantee for the administrative openness in China.
