摘要
针对跨国并购战略问题 ,本文提出三因素模式分析法 ,用之对我国企业“成功的海外跨国并购”战略进行剖析。指出我国企业实施“成功的海外跨国并购”所应采取的各种战略。特别指出在有利的市场环境、机制和合适的参与者之下 ,实施边缘战略、DI战略、文化战略、知识服务战略和品牌战略是我国企业成功进行跨国并购的关键所在。文章同时指出 :这种三因素分析法可以平行地类推到对我国企业实施海外跨国并购的现状、问题。
In this paper, the author puts forward an analysis model of three factors for transnational M&A, which is employed to analyze the successful M&A of overseas enterprises. The author points out multifarious strategies for Chinese enterprises to successfully take over foreign corporations. The fringe strategy, DI strategy, culture strategy, knowledge based service strategy and trademark strategy are regarded as key strategies for Chinese enterprises' M&A in this paper. The author points out that this analysis model can be used to analyze the status quo, problems, experience and individual cases etc. in the practice of overseas M&A by Chinese business.
