摘要
本文分析了商业道德素质对社会和经济发展的影响,以及我国在经济体制转型过程中所面临的商业道德素质的挑战问题。笔者根据当前工商管理领域对管理人才商业道德素质的讨论,结合自身经历,就国内工商管理教育如何加强商业道德教育提出若干建议,以期在相关学科教学中就如何融入商业道德教育方面抛砖引玉。
The article analyzes the influence of the business ethics on the social and economical development and the challenge, related to business ethics, which we are facing during the economic system transferring of this country. The author gives several suggestions on how to strengthen business ethic education in the business management majors according to his own experience and the discussions undergoing about the ethical quality of the management personal.
