汉代经学昌盛,汉赋在经学的渗透和影响下,赋家用典亦渐成风尚。蔡邕为东汉经史大家,其辞赋作品大量隶事用典,又多骈词偶句,展现出既典雅骈俪又渊懿灵光的独特风格。他是汉末崭新赋风的有力拓展者和代表赋家。
In the Han Dynasty, the confucian classics were so flourishing that CiFu submitted to them soon, and CiFu writers became to have the habit of quoting classics in their writing. As a great master of the classics and history, CaiYong quoted a great number of allusions as well as used a large number of antithesis, which made his works elegant, graceful and stylish. CaiYong was the originator and the very representative of CiFu during the late Han Dynasty.
