论虚拟经济与实体经济的关系

On the Relations between Visual Economy and Substantive Economy

20世纪70年代以来,世界金融市场发展迅速,尤其是以证券市场为主的虚拟资本市场的超常发展,导致国际金融市场动荡,危机频发,引起人们对虚拟经济的关注。有的认为虚拟经济可以不顾实体经济的承受能力超常发展,对虚拟经济潜在的风险麻痹大意,掉以轻心。有的认为虚拟经济是世界金融市场动荡的根源,把虚拟经济等同于“泡沫经济”一概否定。这些观点都是片面的。虚拟经济和实体经济是一对矛盾,只要我们处理好两者的辩证关系,就能够扬长避短,为我国社会主义市场经济建设服务。

The paper distinguishes two types of views on visual economy that has fast developed since the 70' s of the 20th century and makes comments on the views. And the author suggests that both visual economy and substantive economy constitute a pair of contradiction and we should cope with the dialectical relations between the two and only in this way can we maximize favourable factors and minimize unfavourable ones so as to serve the construction of socialist market system in China.
