关于《体育与健康》教育背景下的体育师资教学理念的更新

The Cultivation of Idea of PE Teacher in Background of PE and Health Education

结合我国目前的体育与健康教育的实施 ,认为要确保体育教育新理念的贯彻 ,必须注重体育师资的培养 ,而注重体育教师的培养 ,必须首先关注广大体育师资的教学理念的更新。对此 ,提出体育教师应在两方面作必要的理念更新 :1)传统的应试教育思想向素质教育思想的转变 ;2 )

Combining with the fulfilling of PE and Health in the PE field in school , the author thinks that it is very important to raise the level of qualification of PT teacher , and most of all , to exchange the teaching idea of PE teacher .He also gives some advice on it .
