摘要 重庆、雅马哈CY80型摩托车装用的是一种自动离心式多片摩擦离合器;离合器摩擦片的压紧是由钢球在离心力作用下沿斜面滚道向外滚动而引起的。钢球要压紧摩擦片,首先就要压缩四根分离弹簧;当发动机转速较低时,钢球保持原位,摩擦片间有间隙,离合器不能传递扭矩;当发动机转速增加时,钢球开始轴向移动,摩擦片间压紧力增大,离合器可借助摩擦传递扭矩。 Chongqing YAMAHA CY80 motorcycle is equipped with an automatic multi—plate centrifugal friction clutch. The clamping of the friction disk is caused by the outwardly rolling of the steel ball along the slop rolling track under eccentric force. In order to clamp the friction disk, the steel ball has to clamp 4 separation spring first. When the engine is running at a lower speed, the steel ball is held in its original position and there is clearance between the friction disks, so the clutch fails to transmit any torque; As the engine speed increases, the steel ball begins to move axially and the clamping force between the friction disks increases and then the clutch can transmit torque by the aid of friction.
