摘要
目前,在中国专业的男、女排球队中,有一大批身材高大的年轻运动员。他们只有掌握全面技术,才能登攀世界排球技术之颠。排球运动训练规律是不可违背的,否则,欲速则不达,抄近而实远。
Nowadays, in the professional men and women' s volleyball teams of China, we have a great deal of young giants. Only by mastering and possessing the all-round skills can they climb up Volleyball Mount Everest. The laws of volleyball training cannot be violated; otherwise, technical training may lead to undesirable results.
