摩托车发动机缸体综合测量仪

摘要 天津液压机械厂安装调试的缸体综合测量仪利用微电子技术,采用高气动测量,经气电转换器转换为电信号,输入到测量仪P2005/计算机Hp85进行综合测量;测量仪由测量头、测量传感器、耦合箱、起动电键盘、P2005仪器、计算机Hp85及接口等组成;测量程度包括3个内容:数据文件、自动起动、测量程序;该仪器最大测量误差为1.005μm。 The comprehensive measuring instrument for motorcycle enginge cylinder block installed in Tianjin Hydraulic machinery Factory adopts microelectronic technology. It uses highpneumaric measuring method. The pneumatic signal is converted into the electrical signal through the air-to-electric convertor and then the signal is input into instrument P2005/computer Hp85 to conduct the comprehensive measuring. The measuring instrument consists of measuring head, measuring sensor, coupling box, starting key board, P2005 instrument, Hp85 computer, interface, etc. The measuring program includes three aspects: data ducument, automaric starting and measuring program. The maximum erro of this instrument is 1.005μm.
