冷硬树脂砂造型工艺在摩托车缸体上的应用

摘要 冷硬树脂砂是由石英砂、树脂、固化剂和耦联剂混合而成的。这些组分的性能决定了树脂砂的工艺性能和在生产中应用的条件;石英砂的粒形以圆形较为理想,因其比表面积小,在砂粒上覆上一层均匀的树脂膜所需的树脂量也少,型砂的流动性好,易紧实,强度高。树脂种类很多,有热塑性和热固性树脂之分,但均需加热到200~250℃后才能固化,多用于壳芯和热芯盒法;甲苯磺酸的固化剂效果好,其密度为1.145(20℃),粘度为28.8×10^(-3)Pa·s(10℃),溶液浓度为65%;硅烷[H_2N(CH_2)_3·Si(OC_2H_5)_3]-联结剂,它能把性质上相差很远的两种材料“耦联”起来,达到良好的粘结效果。 Cold and hard resin sand is composed of quartz sand, resin, solldifying agent and coupling connection agent. And its characteristices, and the conditions under which it can be used are also determinded by the composition metioned above; It's better to choose the round shape quartz sand. Since the outer area is comparatively small, this kind of quartz sand need less resin to cover the surface and the flowability and strength of the sand are raised as well; Resin can be described in two types: thermo-set resin and thermo-plastic resin. They are always used in shell core and hot box core process, since these resins cannot be solidified until the temperature is up to 200~250℃. The tolluene sulfonic acid is an efficient solidifing agent, the intensity of which is 1.145 (20℃), viscosity is 28.8×10^(-3)Pa·s (10℃), and the concentration of solution is 65%; The function of the coupling connection agent—[H_2N (CH_2)_3Si (OC_2H_5)_3], is to connect two different kinds of materials.
