清代文化政策的调整与中国古代通俗小说的演进

有清一代 ,朝廷将通俗小说纳入其文化控制范围 ,并载之刑典 ,在政策上具有连贯性和稳定性。尽管清政府严查令禁 ,但并未收到实际效果 ,这与通俗小说的特殊艺术魅力、历代帝王的双重人格等皆有一定的关系。同时 ,清代文化政策也是随着政治形势的变化而不断进行调整的。本文以清代皇帝与古代通俗小说关系为个案 ,探讨清代文化政策与通俗小说间的复杂互动关系。

In Qing Dynasty, The government begins to control the popular novel, and record in the code, This policy has continuity and stability. Though the government is very strict in management, do not receive the real result, The factors, such as dual personality of special artistic charm, past dynasties emperor of the popular novel, etc. relate to this. Besides, the cultural policy of Qing Dynasty is adjusted constantly with change of the political situation too.
