减震簧的选材、制造与热处理

摘要 由于减震簧承受的是变冲击载荷。所以减震簧应在弹性材料的五个主要机械性能指标中考核:抗拉程度σ_b、弹性极限σ_e及疲劳程度σ_(-1)。从弹簧材料的工艺性和经济性考虑,选取碳素弹簧钢丝和合金弹簧纲丝较合适;减震簧的每一根弹簧要同时满足;负荷小时刚度小,负荷大时刚度大这一矛值要求,实践中认识到采用变节距、变节经或变节距与变经组合式弹簧型式,能满足减震簧刚度随负荷大小而变的匹配性能要求。 When selecting plastic material for damping spring, the following mechanical performence indexes should be taken into account, i. e tensile strenth (σ_()), elastic limite (σ_) and fatigue strength (σ_1). Because the damping spring has to endure fluctuating impact load, and when considering in the point of process and econmy, the spring is better to be made of carbon steel wire or alloy spring steel wire. Each damping spring should meet both of the requirementsi, e 'When the load is low, the spring rate is low' and 'When the loak is high, the spring rate is high'. The practice shows that springs with variable pitch or variable pitch diameter, or their combination would satisfy the requirement above-mentioned.
