本文首先介绍了俄罗斯及东欧国家国有企业民营化的背景,指出国有企业民营化的具体途径与做法,强调了国民投资基金在其中的作用及其与企业发展之间的关系,最后还说明了投资基金的退出机制。
The paper introduces the backgrounds of Russia and East- European countries, and points out the specific approaches and methods, emphasizes the role of National Investment Fund and the relationship with firm development. At last, we illustrate the exit mechanism of National Investment Fund.
