Rule and the Development of the Difficult Movement in the Com petitive Acrobatic Gymnastics

竞技健美操比赛中,难度动作是成套动作比赛的重要组成部分。国际体联2001年规则的提出对难度动作有了新的要求。本文根据1997年和2001年规则,对竞技健美操成套动作中关于难度动作的有关问题进行探讨,从竞技健美操中难度动作的级别和类别以及难度动作的选择等几个方面进行论述,试图找到国际健美操难度动作发展的主要方向,为健美操的教学、训练提供点滴参考。

Difficulty is an organic part in acrobatic gymnastics.The Federation International de Gymnastics(FIG-)has posed higher demands on the difficult movement in the new rule in2001.This article discussed some problems about the difficult movements in the competivive aerobic gymnastics from the rule1997and2001.It gave some advice for the teaching and exercises of the acrobatics.
