The Theoretical Basis for Developing Green Productive Forces,Realizing Rapid Economic Development in the Western Areas

生产力理论的发展经历了系统生产力、市场生产力和绿色生产力三个阶段 ,开发绿色生产力 ,发展绿色产业 ,是当今世界经济发展的潮流和趋势 ,也是西部地区由相对落后的追赶工业化 ,到知识化和绿色化跨越式发展的根本途径 ,这个结论是建立在马克思主义唯物辨证的历史发展理论、充分利用资源优势的资源禀赋理论、突破绿色壁垒的比较优势理论、科技进步的后发优势理论四大理论基础上的。

The development of productive forces theories has gone through three stages: systemic productive forces, market productive forces and green productive forces. To develop green productive forces and green industry is the trend of the world economy and the basic way of knowledgeization, greenization and development by leaps and bounds in the western areas of our country. This conclusion is made on the basis of four theories. They are the historical development theory of Marxist materialist dialectics, resources gift theory of making full use of the resources superiority, comparative superiority theory of breakthrough green barrier and the back-superiority theory of science and technology advance.
