摘要
通过文献资料明确假期学生进行可持续体育锻炼的理论依据,并通过访谈和问卷来研究假期体育锻炼模式建立的群众基础。可行的中小学生假期体育锻炼模式有校园的教学式、非教学式、健身健心式;社区组建的指导式、比赛式和自由组建的家庭式和伙伴式。假期学生持续锻炼应社会、学校、家庭齐抓共管,共同关心来营造良好的可供学生进行假日锻炼的场所和社会舆论,确保学生的身心健康得以持续有效地发展。
This paper provides referential constructional-mode to build up and perfect the physical training by our nation's primary school pupils and middle school students.Methods:refer to documents to make clear the theoretical basis for the continuative physical training during holidays;do interviewing and questionnaires to research the mass base for the construction of the holiday-physical and mental health mode.Directed and competitive mode in the community.Freely organized family mode and partner ship mode.Conclusion:commu-nities,schools and families should combine to carry out the holiday physical training and to provide places and good public opinion for the holiday physical training so that the students' health can be developed physically and mentally.
