后“非典”的忧思——“非典”引发的社会学思考

'非典型肺炎'的突然袭击和迅速流行,使我们面临和历经了一场意外灾难的严峻考验.这场磨难在损害我们同胞生命的时候,也以一种特殊的方式在清除我们心灵中平日不易察觉的污垢,将人的自由权利与社会责任的关系强烈地凸显出来,让我们认识到个人的权利、生命是与全人类的生命联系在一起的.'非典'疫情引发了我们对生与死的哲学思考:人类的生命与地球上所有的生命都是息息相关联的,我们应该建立一种'生命共同体'的生命观;经济发展应该惠泽全民,要树立一种'同舟共济'的新的人生观;'非典'疫情还以逼人的紧迫形势促使社会工作效率得以极大提高,法制建设得以迅速完善,如危机应对机制真正受到重视:<突发公共卫生事件应急条例>的及时出台和<政府信息公开条例>的即将出台,应该说,制度关怀才是真正的人文关怀;'非典'还警示我们:'全面建设小康社会'的重大意叉在于社会的均衡发展,缺乏或者不重视社会进步的经济发展都可能付出惨痛代价.'非典'是会被战胜的,但疫情之后带来的经济'非典'、生态环境'非典'、人文精神'非典'却将在一个较长时间内让人类为之付出代价.'非典'这种小小病毒的肆虐,使我们不得思考一些重要的问题:关于人、关于生命、关于生死存亡,关于人文精神在国家、民族发展中所具有的意义和作用.

The sudden attack and the rapid spreading of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome have forced us to experience the severe test of the disaster. While taking away the lives of our countrymen, it has removed the dirt in our minds in a special way, connected the people's freedom and rights with the social responsibilities, and made us realize that our individual rights and life must be connected with the lives of the whole human beings. 'SARS' has caused our philosophical reflection on life and death. The lives of human beings have close relationship with the lives on the earth. We should establish the life outlook of 'life community', economic development must benefit the whole peoples; we must establish the new life outlook of 'pulling together in times of trouble'. 'SARS' has greatly promoted the social work efficiency and perfected the legal system construction. For example, great importance has been attached to the mechanism of emergency, 'The Regulations on the Emergency of Public Health' has been issued in time, and 'The Regulations on Information Release of Government' will be issued soon. Of course, system care is the right humane care. 'SARS' has warned us that the 'overall construction of a better - off society' lies in the balanced development of the society and that the economic development mode without enough importance to social progress will pay bitter price.The 'SARS' will be finally overcome but its counterparts in the economy, in the ecological environment, and in the humane spirit will cost a lot from us. The 'SARS' has forced us to reflect on the significance and part of life, life and death, and humane spirit in the development of a nation.
